ABOUT ME
I am a hobby photographer and woodworker based in Whitby, Ontario. In my spare time, I'm usually in my woodworking shop or basement darkroom, or out taking photos. Over time, these hobbies have converged, and I am often working on a project that combines all three: taking photos, printing them (digitally or in my darkroom) and building a custom frame to display them.
I enjoy photographing studio-style and environmental portraits, as well as human-impacted landscapes. I use both digital and film cameras, but prefer to use film whenever possible. I often build frames with hardwood such as walnut, maple and cherry, but I have also built painted and recessed frames to display paintings and artwork.
